Enercore was born from a simple idea: we wanted to build better — and help others do the same.

We saw a gap. Homeowners and builders wanted stronger, more energy-efficient buildings, but most didn’t know about ICF — or had heard it was “too expensive.” That didn’t sit right with us.

So we started Enercore to bring pro-level service to the ICF world — with clean job sites, clear communication, and a crew that does what they say they’ll do.A Better Way to Build

Two Paths, Same Values

Enercore is led by Marco Richard and Michel Hebert — two builders who’ve spent their careers in construction, each bringing different strengths to the table.

• Mike built his reputation as a general contractor, managing everything from home renovations to light commercial projects.

• Marco came up through the skilled trades, working in HVAC, decorative concrete, epoxy flooring, framing, and electrical.

We’ve both run our own crews. Now, we’ve come together to do something better — combining our experience to give clients the kind of build they deserve.
